Please, arrive at your appointment with clean lashes or wash them here in the studio before your appointment.

After 3 days Lash Brow Room Studio is NOT OBLIGATED to fix or fill in your eyelashes for free.

If for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged 40% of the cost of your scheduled service.

After 20 minutes your appointment is subject to be nullified. In order to reschedule you must submit the 40% balance of your original appointment.

Lash lift and Tint

If you are unhappy with the results of your procedure i.e. the look isn’t curled or tinted enough, the procedure is redone by the same stylist within the first 3 days of getting it done, but we do not refund the payment.

Only 50% of the full payment is refundable if the treatment causes a skin allergy or an eye allergy.

Eyelash extensions

If you would like to get eyelash extensions, the procedure begins with a consultation regarding the volume, length, and style of the lashes. Please, note that we are not responsible if you are not satisfied with the result, given the fact that Extensions were done based on your preferences during consultation.

Please note, there won’t be a refund if you are unhappy with the final result and do not want a technician to fix only missing lashes (can be applied only within the first 3 days, read Studio Policies point #2).

Refills cannot be done after 21 days, the appointment will be considered as a full set.

Your appointment will be considered as a full set instead of a refill if there are less than 40% of lashes left.

We do not fill over another lash tech's work. You will need to book a removal in addition to a full set, or a partial removal, but the appointment still will be considered as a full set.
